Liz Walsh

Member of Buckinghamshire Council
Candidate Amersham and Chesham Bois Ward (1 of 3)

Liz moved to Amersham with her husband and three small children over thirty years ago. The children all went to local schools and everyone enjoyed Amersham’s splendid amenities. Liz is a solicitor by profession and went into legal publishing so that she could - and still does - work from home. She became a family mediator in 1994. In 1996 she set up a ‘not for profit’ family mediation service in Amersham (which is still operating) and recently helped to set up Amersham’s first Child Contact Centre. Liz became a magistrate in Amersham in 1990 dealing with both criminal and family cases and was elected to Amersham Town Council for the first time in 2011.
