Caroline has lived in Chalfont St Giles with her husband and two young children for more than five years. Having chosen to raise her family there, she is passionate about protecting the things that make the village such a great place to live: preserving the green belt, supporting the businesses on the high street, and taking part in community activities. In her spare time, Caroline is a volunteer at the Chalfont St Giles Community Library, a helper at the Daybreak weekly toddler group, and an assistant at the Age Concern seniors’s lunch club. In her professional life, Caroline spent twenty years working in corporate communications and left her job in the City to support her children through school. Caroline hopes to bring her experience of working in large, complex organisations to bear in ensuring Chiltern District Council continues to deliver high quality, good value services for the benefit of residents.
