ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 
The Annual General Meeting of the branch will take place on Thursday 1st March 2012 at the Market Hall, Amersham Old Town.  Doors will open at 7.45 pm.  The meeting will commence at 8.00pm with refreshments available afterwards. All members are welcome.

3.    Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 4th March 2010 and any matters arising.
 
4.    Treasurers report and to receive and adopt the accounts of the branch for the year ended 31st December 2010.
